How we work

Proposal

The first step after contacting us is for us to write you a proposal. This will normally include two price options.

Agree Date

If you already have a date we'll need to check availability. Wednesdays and Thursdays are the busiest evenings for corporate events and will need to be booked further ahead.

Number of guests

We'll need to know how many guests will be attending, but we will need to know 7 days in advance to ensure we have enough wine for your event.

Venue

We can run the tasting at your offices or at any alternative venue that is happy to accommodate us. We can help to find a venue provided you have confirmed the wine tasting booking.

Catering

We suggest canapés, nibbles or cheese & biscuits are provided plus water/light refreshments. We will happily liaise with your caterers e.g. food & wine pairing.

The Wine Tasting

We provide professional wine tasting glasses, spittoons and tasting notes. A qualified ThirtyFifty Wine Consultant will run the tasting. Additional staff may be required depending on number of guests, your requirements and format of wine tasting. Most wine tastings take 2-2.5 hours but can be shorter or longer as required.
