Cancellation policy

Private & Corporate Wine Tastings

To confirm a booking a non-refundable deposit of $200 or 25% of the value of the tasting or the cost of the wine for the tasting- whichever is greatest. The remainder is due on the day of the wine tasting. This is based on numbers confirmed 7 days before. If numbers increase after the confirmation we will invoice for the additional guests at the tasting.

In the event that the tasting is cancelled outside of 7 days before the tasting. ThirtyFifty will retain the deposit but this can be used against a future tasting re-booked within 6 months.

Privacy & Security

All personal details are kept strictly confidential and are not shared with any other party.

All payments are processed via an encrypted, secure system powered by WorldPay. In addition as an additional security precaution we do not store any credit card details on our site.

If you currently receive mailings from us and no longer wish to, you can opt out by amending your profile when you sign in to your account, follow the unsubscribe link on all newsletters or by emailing us via the website (Contact Us).

You can view the information we hold about you andupdate the information by logging onto your account.

Payment

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.

Payment can be made by the following methods:

1) The on-line secure payment facility powered by World Pay, using Switch, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, JCB and Solo. Unfortunately, we currenlty do not accept American Express.
